Jake is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and he has served as the organization’s Executive Director since its inception in 2004.

Peter has spent the last 5 1⁄2 years as a Board Member and Chief Construction Manager for our Santa Helenita Housing Project in Empalme de Boaco.
Denny Mosher
Denny Mosher served as the President and CEO of Bay-Tec Engineering between 1982 and 2005.

Jeff has served philanthropically on boards for a number of causes, including the Motorcycle Hall of Fame.

Jennifer Becker
After five years as vice president Direct to Consumer (DTC) Marketing for 14 Robert Mondavi brands, Jennifer founded Ensemble Marketing Group helping luxury wineries from Santa Barbara to the Okanagan Valley expand DTC channels.

Valerie was controller for GE Investments in Connecticut and Vice President for Banc One in Michigan.
