Since 2000, we have built 65 homes, roads, sewers, a baseball stadium, a community park, a police station and a health clinic, stimulating the local economy and engaging the community. Our focus is now on sponsoring high school and university students to realize their dreams.
Our mission is to work with like minded individuals and organizations in Nicaragua to help the people to improve their economic situation, in both their community and their personal lives.
Amanda and I are here Miami to represent Nicaragua at the World Baseball Classic. So fun to be a part of something so passionate for our friends in Nicaragua. The energy at the first game vs Dominican Republic was unbelievable, and todays heartbreaking loss in the 9th inning was stunning. 💔
The camaraderie in Miami with anyone wearing the country colors is amazing, and while we obviously arent Nicaraguans, they love that we are there with a purpose and passion.
We also had a surprising meeting with Jorge Saavedra in a Nicaragua Restaurant! Small wonderful world.
Tomorrow is another opportunity for a historic win for Nicaragua. They deserve it!! 4pm California time! #VivaNicaragua #WorldBaseballClassic
